Use Scope: This type of strentching jack is designed by combining the foreign advance technology and the actual using situation. Assisted  With our another tool, super high pressure oil pump station,  it can realize the basic function of stretching ( also for lifting function), featured with advantages of easy operating and maintaining. It is widely used in construction, ship-building, metallurgy, mining, railway and gas&petrol industries.

Use guide and cautions:
When using, pls followingbelow the issues as well as the general processes and procedures:
1.To ensure the correction of dissemination of the value, value must be calibrated together both for the jack and its adaptive pumping station. Above the table is about stretch force (lifting force) and its relevant hydraulic pressure, as reference for operation. And a reasonable regular inspection should be effected for value calibration. And in below cases the value should be recalibrated: a. After repair of the jack. b. after changing pressure gauge. c. other damage occured to the tool.
2. Refer to the figures of jack structure and hydraulic system diagram, pls use the high pressure hose to connect the cylinder and the pump station, just following below the instructions:
(1)Start the pump station to run, adjust the over-flow valve to its working pressure (refer to the foresaid calibrated value);(2)switch the diversion valve, then the cylinder plunger will reciprocate to finish the act of stretching or lifting; (3)Power must be stopped to the pump station right after the cylinder finish its action, just to prevent the over-flow valve from the long time working status which may cause oil temperature and effect the use life of pump station. (4)More attention should be paid to the oil temperature in high temperature season, and when the oil temperature exceeding 70 Celsius pls take action to decrease the temperature.
