A large range of hydraulic tools will once again be exhibited by Hi-Force Hydraulics at this year’s Electra Mining show.

Tools set to be on display will include jacks, cylinders, hand and powered pumps, and various other tools such as nutsplitters, wire rope cutters, puller sets and crimpers.

In addition a large range of bolt tightening equipment will be on display, and can be seen in action at the company’s stand.

New bolting software developed by the company will also be on display. Known as Boltright, the software provides users with accurate torque values, a procedure and a record keeping system. The software, as well as the tools, is used extensively in the oil and gas industry, as well as by the mining sector.

The parent company in the UK is about 30-years old and has had a presence in South Africa for ten years. It is based in Midrand, Gau-teng, from where it offers supply, repair, rental and on-site service of hydraulic tools.
